Returns

We make every effort to make sure our product descriptions are as detailed as possible including sizing and colour guides for our garments.

If you have a question about sizing then please feel free to contact us at hellotaylorthelabel@gmail.com prior to making your purchase.

If you are unsure then we suggest you go up a size as it is guaranteed your little one will continue to grow!

Or if you do wish to send something back to change the size / colour etc we will gladly provide you with a Taylor. The Label store credit. A store credit or exchange is accepted on unworn merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by emailing hellotaylorthelabel@gmail.com before sending your items back. All shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving authorization. 

All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. Customers have 90 days to use their credit. We are not responsible for lost packages. 

Please note: We do not offer exchanges, only store credits. This is due to the high demand we have for our products we cannot always guarantee a size or colour will be available when your return eventually hits our warehouse.  

International Shipping

The store credit will be emailed to you in the form of a gift card. This code must then be applied at the checkout and the value of the card will be applied to your order. Please ensure this is applied before proceeding to confirm the order. 

For international shipping the receiver is responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. Taylor. The Label is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
